Buyers from Moscow can pick up an order from our workshop for free. When you are ready, you will receive an email with the necessary information (working hours, address, etc.)
BY COURIER IN MOSCOW
Delivery by courier in Moscow within the Moscow Ring Road costs 5€. Delivery beyond the MKAD is also possible, the cost is calculated individually in correspondence with the administrator.
DELIVERY IN RUSSIA
Delivery by Russian Post within the Russian Federation costs 5€. We ship parcels first class (expedited delivery to the post office) three times a week, we send track numbers to your email.
WORLDWIDE DELIVERY
Delivery by Russian Post outside the Russian Federation costs 12€. Delivery times vary depending on your country of residence. Sending is not available to Ukraine, Poland and Finland (the list of countries unavailable for sending may change).
REPAIR, changing the size of the product
Before sending the products, we check the dimensions on the ring gauge and send you a photo to exclude errors. But if you still need to change the size of the ring, we can help you.
If your jewelry has lost its original appearance: it needs to be straightened, polished, cleaned, and so on — you can contact us. Below you can see the price list, if you have any questions, please contact our administrator.
Price list for repairs:

- with gilding or black rhodium 12€

- updating the surface of the decoration (polishing or matting) 6€

HOW to take care of jewelry
What should I do if it is lost or broken?
If you have lost the ring, we cannot return it, but we can provide a discount on the next order. Write us your story on email or in Telegram. If the product is broken due to our fault, we will fix it for free.
What should I do if the ring has darkened?
The product can turn black only because of sulfur, which is contained in sweat and some household chemicals, such as hair dye. We recommend removing the products when doing sports and working with chemicals, as well as visiting hot springs, since they contain a large amount of sulfur.
You can bring the ring to us for cleaning or purchase special wipes for polishing/ matting the product.
